At Boxo, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Simply ensure your items have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Boxo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
